The Pennsylvania division of Conexiant has a need for a full-time Membership Coordinator to support our valued client partner, the Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology. We are seeking an experienced, creative, digital savvy, member services coordinator! This role will assist in all aspects of membership engagement, renewal, retention, and recruitment activities. This position requires a responsible, detail-oriented individual who is a motivated self-starter and who desires a busy and diverse role. Reporting Structure: Works with Member Services Manager and Executive Director

Do the following responsibilities intrigue you?
Assists Member Services Manager in all member recruitment and retention strategies
Assists in delivery of membership onboarding and engagement initiatives
Become the expert-level user and maintenance of association management system/website (YourMembership), membership community and mentorship programs (Higher Logic), serving in a vital data manager role for the organization.
Updates and maintains member records and provides membership reports as needed
Supports the annual renewal cycle: mails renewal invoices, coordinates follow-up mailings, email notifications to past-due and lapsed members
Serves as member concierge for member inquires via email and phone
Become the expert-level user of the LMS (Elevate) into the current AMS/Community platform
Support and manage social media accounts
Project management of various society programs and initiatives
Complete other duties, special projects, and requests as assigned by the Executive Director and Member Services Manager

Requirements for this position:
Bachelor’s degree preferred and experience with professional society management
Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google applications
High-level written and verbal communication skills to be able to interact with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and follow each carefully from inception to completion
Ability to resolve routine problems independently
Ability to provide professional customer service with superior interpersonal skills
Superior organization and time management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Excels in a team-based, collaborative environment working to advance the society’s vision, mission, values, and goals
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the society’s mission?
Willingness/ability to travel; mild travel periods, including weekends
Experience with association management systems and/or community platforms (Your Membership and Higher Logic) a plus
