Wespay is looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager focused on developing, executing, and optimizing our email marketing strategy to enhance member engagement, drive conversions, and support overall marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and a strong understanding of email marketing best policies. The candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, analytical and able to work at a fast pace under tight deadlines. The candidate should have proven experience developing and launching integrated marketing campaigns to promote an organization’s programs, products, and services. Strong knowledge and experience with online content standards, technologies, and tools (association management systems and email marketing platforms) required. Excellent writing, presentation, and proof-reading skills required. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are essential. Must be team-oriented and able to handle multiple projects concurrently. Will work in conjunction with the VP, Marketing & Communications and our Education teams to implement ideas that elevate our training assets and enhance member participation.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related work experience.
3-5 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g. Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact) and marketing automation tools.
Excellent written skills using AP writing style and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting engaging email content.
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experience in Hootsuite or Google Analytics is a plus.
Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Proven experience in receiving and integrating feedback to improve marketing initiatives.
Demonstrates honesty, respect, and a high level of professional integrity.
Experience with HTML.
Proficiency in Canva design software is a plus.
Experience with Association Management Software (AMS) or CRM systems, preferably Salesforce is a plus.
