Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our revenue team and focus on upselling PropFuel products and services to our existing install base of 280+ clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building client relationships, uncovering needs, and driving success for both clients and company alike. If you’re passionate about SaaS and delivering innovative solutions to help clients engage their members, we’d love to hear from you!
You can expect to:
Develop strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of existing clients, understanding their specific needs and how our new website engagement product can provide value.
Proactively engage with clients to introduce and upsell our new website engagement product, along with other products and services.
Work with executive stakeholders at key client accounts to capture insights into their business needs
Identify opportunities for account expansion and create tailored pitches to communicate the value of new features.
Work alongside the PropFuel Client Success team, serving as the main point of contact for the client upselling process, providing expert knowledge of PropFuel’s offerings.
Monitor client satisfaction, ensuring that the value of the product is clearly demonstrated and resulting in an exceptional client experience.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for the upsell of the website engagement product and additional upsells.
Close 80+ website engagement product client upsells in year 1, by way of conducting approximately 150 demonstrations
Directly contribute to the creation of marketing and product materials to support the upsell of PropFuel products and services.

You should apply if you have:
3-5 years of proven experience as an Account Manager with a SaaS company.
Demonstrated success in upselling or cross-selling products to an existing client base.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; able to foster trust with clients.
Ability to effectively communicate product benefits and match solutions to client needs.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Strong experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM products.
Technically savvy, with proven experience doing product demonstrations.
Experience executing a solution selling process, along with the core principles of effective pipeline management.
Process-oriented and structured in your approach to conducting demos, sales and pipeline management.
