Basic Function: Main responsibilities are to support the growth, development, maintenance and delivery of the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) Credential.

Reports to: VP ofKnowledge & Practice
Core Functions: The Program Manager for Certification oversees the various functions of growing, maintaining and developing the CCIFP certification credential. These include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for the execution of a comprehensive strategy for certification.
Acts as the lead spokesperson and main staff ambassador for the certification program.
Responsible for certification adhering to the various administration systems/policies.
Oversee the stakeholder processes for certification. (Application, Exam, Recertification, Etc.)
Responsible for approving invoices and contributing to the annual budget for certification.
Partners with the communication department to execute the CCIFP marketing strategy.
Provides input to the customer service function for certification.
Supports the annual ANAB Accreditation Process.
Develops training materials and conduct workshops or training sessions related to certification processes.
Continuously evaluate and improve certification programs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Manages vendor and partner relationships for certification.
Travels 3-5 times per year to Industry Tradeshows or CFMA Events to represent CCIFP.
Oversee committee management and leadership as directed.
Various other certification administrative responsibilities as assigned.
Specific Responsibilities:
Overseeing the administrative systems, policies, and procedures for certification and recommending improvements through analysis of current operating practices, record keeping systems, forms control, and budgetary requirements.
Works directly with the CCIFP Officers and BOD providing updates and information for the quarterly meetings and execution of all initiatives related to certification.
Actively contributing to the annual planning process for Knowledge & Practice for the budgeting process as it relates to certification.
Providing oversight and input into the training, and problem solving to the customer service efforts for certification in support of stakeholder needs.
Responsibility for the development and maintenance of a certification dashboard which includes monthly reporting on necessary KPIs.
Acts as the lead spokesperson and main staff ambassador for the certification program.
Providing details, resources, and information to the Communications Department monthly to ensure execution of the certification marketing strategy and regular needs.
Partnering with the certification committee Co-chairs in planning the goals and setting the overall direction for the committees.
Ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization and with external stakeholders, committee members, volunteer leaders, and others towards the achievement of the certification program strategy.

Qualifications Experience in dealing with boards of directors, project management and customer service experience are an essential part of this job.
5+ years of management experience and/or certification experience.
Experience in working, overseeing, and partnering with volunteer committees, boards, and officers.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Familiarity with certification and ISO 17024 Accreditation Standards a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
Full-time, Exempt ranging from $62,000 - $72,000. Commensurate with experience.
Eligibility for our annual bonus program with a bonus target.
