The Manager – Chapter Relations leads efforts to support and grow Women in Aviation International’s (WAI) global Chapter Network, serving as the primary liaison to Chapter leaders, members, and those looking to start or revitalize a WAI Chapter. This role oversees tools, policies, and processes that enable effective Chapter operations and Chapter health while ensuring alignment with WAI’s nonprofit compliance requirements. The Manager also supports broader WAI initiatives—contributing to member engagement, programming, and visibility at conferences, tradeshows, and through communications.
