The salary for this position is anticipated to be $85,000 USD, commensurate with the required experience and skills. Position Summary: Director of Programs
The Director of Programs is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, execution, and management of the organization's educational and professional development initiatives. This role requires collaboration with a highly integrated team to achieve the organization's strategic goals and involves working closely with volunteer leaders to leverage their expertise and insights for effective curriculum and program development.

Essential Duties
Develop the annual conference education programming in collaboration with the programming committee.
Initiate and set goals for programs according to the strategic objectives of CGP.
Plan the programs execution from start to completion involving deadlines and processes.
Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology platforms for optimal performance and efficiency in program delivery.
Coordinate all scheduling, registration, marketing and communications with organization staff.
Manage registration and approval for continuing credit with various certification programs.
Collaborate with staff and volunteer leaders in assessing, updating and promoting research, guidelines and standards.
Work with CEO on program budgeting, technology acquisition and revenue forecasting.
Supervise program personnel, providing direction and feedback.
