The Association Manager will be responsible for supporting our radiology societies. The Association Manager works with other Affinity Strategies team members and physician volunteers to provide high-quality education programs for radiologists. The Association Manager also provides governance support to assigned units. 

Association Manager Position Responsibilities

• Acts as a liaison to assigned Affinity Groups, Committees, or Task Forces. Schedules calls, prepares and distributes agendas, takes minutes. Communicates with Executive Director to highlight areas of opportunity or concern. 
• Provides support for online and in-person events including management of speaker/faculty, abstracts, participant rosters, and materials. Includes special programs. Coordinate with meetings team to ensure successful execution of programming. 
• Coordinates applications and awards processes. 
• Executes approved client projects and programs. 
• Develops in-depth understanding of technology platforms and applies knowledge, including MemberClicks, survey platforms, abstract management, and mobile app.
• Stays current on organizational policies; communicates as needed. 
• Implements website updates and blast e-mails as needed.
• Suggests improvements to processes and generates new ideas. 
• Travels to annual client conference and participate in on-site activities. 
• Composes routine correspondence and generates reports as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Experience and skills: 

• A minimum of three years association experience 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Technology: Abstract and Speaker management systems, AMS (MemberClicks), Zoom, SurveyMonkey, Microsoft Office
• Travel: Ability to travel out of state and overnight as needed (anticipated once per year). Ability to travel by all modes of transportation including car and plane.
