NHCAA is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Program Manager, Education & Training to support its learning management system (LMS) and assist with virtual and in-person training programs. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders on logistics, speaker coordination, and technical administration of NHCAA’s training programs.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing administrative details, coordinating speakers, and ensuring smooth technical execution of online and in-person education events. This position requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and problem-solving ability to support NHCAA’s educational offerings. Some of the programs the candidate will support are:
Annual conference with 150+ speakers and over 1000 attendees
Virtual program with 10 sessions both on-demand and live with 200 attendees
Virtual conference with 20 live and on-demand sessions 300 attendees
On-demand training courses on our learning management system

As a small association, staff are expected to be flexible, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time. The ideal person is comfortable with both technical administration and event coordination and recognizes that administrative tasks are essential to the role.
Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities
LMS Administration & Training Support
Assist in coordinating online training sessions, including setting up courses and monitoring participation.
Upload, update, and organize on-demand training content (e.g., videos, quizzes, and resources) within NHCAA’s LMS.
Manage user accounts and permissions, troubleshoot access issues, and provide ongoing support to members.
Generate reports to track learner progress, system usage, and continuing education requirements.
Provide technical assistance to NHCAA members and staff for LMS-related issues.
Speaker & Program Coordination
Serve as the primary contact for speaker logistics, ensuring presenters are prepared, equipped, and scheduled for both virtual and in-person training programs.
Coordinate session recordings, manage schedules, and oversee technical production partners.
Ensure speakers have necessary equipment (e.g., mic, camera, stable internet) and conduct pre-event technical checks.
Assist in the setup and execution of virtual training programs using Adobe Connect or similar platforms.
Maintain a calendar of training activities across NHCAA’s programs.
Virtual Event & Webinar Support
Support the execution of webinars and live virtual events in Adobe Connect, ensuring smooth technical operation.
Oversee the recording and basic editing of virtual training sessions andwebinars to ensure high-quality on-demand content. Review recordings for clarity, remove technical issues or pauses as needed, and segment content into appropriate modules before uploading to the LMS.
Provide real-time troubleshooting during virtual sessions.
Assist with post-event tasks such as processing attendance records and issuing CE credits.
Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities
Maintain data and generate reports for continuing education tracking.
Oversee the attestation and certification process for virtual training programs.
Monitor and manage two shared inboxes related to education and training programs, ensuring timely responses to inquiries from members, speakers, and stakeholders.
Assist with occasional after-hours event support as needed.

Established in 2000, the NHCAA Institute for Health Care Fraud Prevention is a separately incorporated, tax-exempt educational foundation that provides education and training to private- and public-sector health care anti-fraud personnel.
