The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA) Education Project Manager is responsible for the overall project management of education products & services and ensuring data integrity within the organization. Coordinates workgroups, building working relationships with key constituents, implementing strategic initiatives, creating and updating education products, and assisting with grant projects.
This position is part-time, 24 hours per week. This role reports to the Director of Education.

Responsibilities:
Manage, plan & coordinate educational products, services and new initiatives to achieve HPNA strategic goals & meet deliverables of assigned HPNA projects effectively and efficiently.
Coordinate new project builds and content updates of education products in the Learning Management System.
Assists with communication and coordination among facilitators, committees, and task force groups. This includes managing contractors, vendors, and committee leaders to ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Monitor and document the progress of all grant-related activities.
Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience
Minimum of five (5) years of adult learning experience
