Position Summary: The Food Production Solutions Association (FPSA) is a Northern Virginia-based trade association that provides networking, marketing, training, and educational opportunities to the food processing and packaging industry.  FPSA is embarking on an exciting transformative journey to further enhance the member value proposition and its footprint as a leader in the food industry.  Currently, FPSA has monthly virtual events and two annual in-person events, with plans to expand our events and engagement portfolio.  Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion for educating adult learners, creating and building educational resources, strong interpersonal skills, an organized approach, and a genuine appreciation for the value volunteers bring.
