Position Summary: Reporting to the Director, Membership, and Chapter Relations, this role maintains high-level support services for WTSI members and chapter leaders. This position supports the membership, chapters, and regional councils under the guidance of the Director. Membership is the heart of WTSI, and this position will focus on maintaining our current membership while finding efficiencies and improving our effectiveness in supporting the membership, chapters, and regional councils.
Supervisory Responsibilities: none

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Membership, Chapter, and Regional Council Support
Provide excellent customer service to members, chapter, and regional volunteer leaders.
Interface with members and chapter leaders regularly via phone calls and email, respond to inquiries through the help desk/ZenDesk, daily
Provide administrative support to the Director on projects and tasks related to WTS Chapters and Regions.
Generate and disseminate monthly membership, quarterly report forms, annual roster reports, and track submissions and response rates.
Assist in developing member and chapter digital assets
Support scheduling and technology logistics for quarterly chapter leader calls.
Participate in chapter leader orientation to discuss membership-related topics.
Process monthly chapter rebates and update chapter reports.
Process annual chapter roster updates in the AMS (currently ACGI)
Update chapter foundation account reports as needed, and update access annually.
Track chapter activities, compliance requirements, and update required Chapter documents.
Provide reports for the annual chapter Circle of Excellence awards program.
Systems and Chapter Technology Support
Maintain all membership, chapter and regional council leadership records updated and accurate.
Track, maintain, and report on all membership metrics to include historical comparison data as requested.
Collaborate with the Director to provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on membership recruitment and retention; analyze membership trends.
Assist the Director in developing and implementing data-driven membership growth strategies.
Implement member benefits package and track member benefit utilization.
Contribute to research needed in developing membership campaigns and materials.
Advise and train chapter leaders on navigating and communicating effectively using the Higher Logic Community Platform, My WTS Communities.
Regularly audit the database to ensure up-to-date records and eliminate duplicate records.
Receive feedback from staff and chapter/regional leaders on access issues/bugs with the AMS (ACGI currently).
Assist in developing training for members and chapter leaders to utilize the systems.
Chapter Development & Recognition
Provide reports and research for quarterly calls with Chapter Membership Chairs.
Track engagement and provide reports for bi-annual chapter competition programs.
Update tracking documents for the annual chapter Circle of Excellence program.
Provide reports for the annual chapter Circle of Excellence awards program.
Provide research and reports on content for chapter leader training.
Track submissions in AMS for annual recognition and scholarship awards and troubleshoot issues.
Assist in research and outreach for student chapters.
Other Responsibilities
Responsible for executing Region Council membership reports as needed.
Prompt changes to the WTSI website related to region council changes.
Assist in pre-planning and on-site support at the Annual Conference and other WTS events, as requested.
Travel to WTS International and partner events at the request of the Director.

QUALIFICATIONS
A creative self-starter with excellent organizational, management, and administrative skills; an inclusive collaborator with a passion for continuous improvement and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a fast-paced management support role; direct experience working with professional associations, non-profits, and volunteer leaders is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Accuracy and proficiency with data entry, maintenance, and reporting. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs; AMS or database management experience; direct experience with ACGI a plus.
