The Sr. Manager, Membership & Chapter Engagement manages the full lifecycle of membership at COMTO and supports the leadership of 40 chapters across North America. As a COMTO membership ambassador, the Sr. Manager develops and executes recruiting and retention initiatives to showcase membership benefits at all levels. In support of leadership for chapters, the Sr. Manager serves as an advisor to Chapter Presidents and executive board members of chapters with proactive outreach, tools, and best practices in operations. Working with communications, the Sr. Manager will develop strategic campaigns to engage students, transportation professionals, small businesses and public agencies in the work of the organization. Using a data-driven approach, the Sr. Manager will oversee membership and chapter reporting, compliance, and data analysis to support the attainment of strategic planning goals. In support of the External Affairs team, the Sr. Manager will support the execution of virtual, and in-person programs.

Our mission is to ensure the transportation industry serves all. To accomplish this, COMTO supports training, professional development, advocacy, and the promotion of best practices that ensure leadership reflects the needs of the communities served. Bachelor’s degree in business, non-profit management, marketing, communications, advertising, or certified project management professional a plus
