What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering Training Like a Pro: Whether it’s in-person in Raleigh, virtually, or in a hybrid format, you’ll lead training that keeps safety sales pros engaged and excited to learn. You’ll also help develop on-demand training modules as part of our new QSSP Essentials program.
Creating Course Materials: We need fun, interactive content! You’ll build everything from manuals and presentations to e-learning modules. You’ll keep it fresh and up-to-date with the latest safety standards and regulations.
Keeping Things on Schedule: You’ll work with the ISEA team to plan your training schedule, meet deadlines, and participate in pre/post-course briefings.
Promoting the Program: Help us spread the word! You’ll also get to participate in webinars, articles, and other content to show off what’s new in OSH and safety sales.
The Ideal Candidate (That’s You!)
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes safety and knows how to bring that passion to the classroom—virtually or in person. You’ve got the skills to teach safety pros, and you love the challenge of keeping things engaging, interactive, and fun. Here’s what we think makes the ideal fit:
You’re Engaging: People love learning from you because you make it fun and interesting. No boring lectures here!
You’re Passionate About Safety: You’re not just here to teach—you’re here to make workplaces safer.
Safety Industry Know-How: You’ve got at least 5 years in the safety industry, and a couple of those years working directly with end users. PPE, construction, or similar? Even better. You know the standards and best practices inside and out.
Educator Extraordinaire: You’ve been delivering OHS training for at least 3 years. Complex info doesn’t scare you—you know how to break it down in a way that’s easy for people to get.
Tech-Savvy Trainer: Zoom, MS Teams, polling tools, breakouts—you can run virtual sessions like a pro. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Office? No problem.
Well-Credentialed: You’ve got a degree in OSH or a related field, and having certifications like CSP or CIH would be awesome. Already an OSHA30 instructor? That’s ideal.
