They are seeking a Director of Human Resources to oversee all strategic and operational HR functions for the organization.

As the Director of Human Resources, you will balance high-level planning with hands-on HR tasks and administer day-to-day operations including benefit administration, compensation, performance management, compliance, recruiting, and employee relations. You will collaboratively support and provide advice to senior management and be responsible for HR-related communications to employees, including creating and facilitating NBAA’s weekly All Team Meetings. This position serves as a board-committee liaison to the Compensation, Investment, and Succession Committee. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and manages the Director of Administration.
Qualified candidates offer:
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology, or related field
7 years of HR generalist experience
3 years of HR sole-practitioner experience
Strong knowledge and experience in human resources functions, including best practices for organizational effectiveness, compensation and benefit programs, leadership development, recruitment and retention initiatives, and performance management solutions
Knowledge of performance management and recruiting software
PHR, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR certification preferred
