The IAIABC is hiring a part-time temporary staff member to cover some responsibilities for our Education Services Manager while she is on parental leave.
Key responsibilities include:
Communicating with educational program speakers, facilitators, and participants regarding content and materials
Hosting educational programs in Zoom
Managing IAIABC Convention's Call for Proposals process
Tracking attendee participation in educational programs
Assisting with scheduling committee meetings and communicating with committee members and posting materials
Tracking and submitting continuing education credits for educational program participants as needed
Timeline: January 27 or February 3 through May 30, 2025
Office Location: The IAIABC is a fully-remote office. Candidates will need a work space available.
Hours: 20 hours per week. Work on Friday between at least 9:00 am - 1:30 pm CT will be required. Additional scheduled hours can be determined with the Executive Director. Candidates in Central and Eastern Time will be given preference.
The IAIABC uses the following programs and tools to help manage its educational programs and operations. Experience using these is required:

About International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions
The International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC) is a not-for-profit association representing government agencies charged with the administration of workers’ compensation systems as well as other workers’ compensation professionals in the private sector. The IAIABC works to improve and clarify laws, identify best practices, develop and implement standards, and provide education and opportunities for the sharing of information. Its mission is to find solutions to reduce harm and aid recovery from occupational injuries and illnesses.
