Overall Description of the Position:
The ESOP Association (TEA) is the leading national trade and professional association representing employee-owned companies and the professionals who provide services to those companies (such as attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, trustees). The ESOP Association is headquartered in Washington, DC.
This is a new position at TEA. The CRM Application Manager will work in the Operations department to provide internal support to ESOP Association. This person will update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications and is responsible for support and function updates. They will monitor end-user usage of systems and perform daily administrative tasks.
This position is a critical resource that provides quality services to support the needs of the team and membership. The Manager must be a person who acts consistently with the values of TEA as expressed through the Association’s vision, mission, and culture. The Manager is an approachable individual with excellent communication skills, is diligent and accurate with their work, can adhere to deadlines and has strong project management skills.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Administers the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
Responsible for maintaining the CRM systems support and updating function.
Monitors end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative tasks.
Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the data systems to ensure they meet organizational requirements.
Develop reports that are requested by ESOP staff.
Responsible for effectively collecting, storing and updating member data in AMS, including managing annual data integrity projects.
Troubleshoot AMS issues and document results.
Setting up events in AMS.
Create training program for ESOP staff to learn AMS.
Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation for effective use
Handle projects to support team and organizational goals.
Work effectively with manager, outside consultants, and members of membership, finance, operations staff.
Education & Experience:
3+ years of experience managing and/or administration of CRM.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required.
Strong experience with SalesForce/Fonteva (including implementation) required.
Intermediate to advanced experience acting as an admin with CRM / CMS software, with the ability to train and support others.
Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting, focusing on desktop hardware and software support.
Salesforce Certification preferred but not required

Work Environment/Conditions:
Only local candidates who are comfortable commuting to our office will be considered. Our office is located in Washington, DC between Union Station and Chinatown metros.
