The Hearth, Patio, and Barbecue Association (HPBA) is in search of a highly-skilled, experienced Executive Assistant to support our President & CEO, ensuring operational excellence while providing top-level executive support.

Key Responsibilities
This role requires being onsite in Arlington, VA, 4-6 days each month, depending on the season and organizational events. This is a work-from-home position the majority of the time with some travel, 5-10%. While in-office presence is not daily, sometimes attendance required is short-notice.
Manage the CEO's daily schedule, emails, travel arrangements, schedule, and meeting preparation with precision.
Work collaboratively daily with the CEO to ensure goals are achieved.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Assist in the planning and coordination of events and meetings, ensuring all details are executed seamlessly.
Communicate and engage confidently and effectively with executives, stakeholders, vendors, and team members, ensuring all interactions exhibit clarity, professionalism to navigate quickly and efficiently.
Provide comprehensive support across a range of tasks and projects.
Occasional errands: procurement, shipping, etc.
Organizational skills that includes filing, organizing and maintaining systems
