Publications and Operations Manager The Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA) is a leading international trade association representing 3,500 signatory contracting firms across the globe.  SMACNA is looking for a Publications and Operations Manager to join its Accounting and Operations department in its Chantilly VA headquarters office.  The position requires excellent organizational and time management skills; written and verbal communication skills; prioritizing and multi-tasking abilities; exceptional customer service skills; attention to detail; and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with membership databases and shipping software. Experience with NetSuite and Net
