The Program Manager provides timely customer service and assistance to State Association representatives, NGAUS membership and marketing department, and other staff as needed. The Program Manager is responsible for performing national and state data entry, database quality control, and regular maintenance and upgrades of Association Management Software (AMS). The Program Manager is responsible for generating regular membership queries and reports. Association Management Software experience is required.
