340B Health has an immediate opening for a Membership Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for assisting 340B Health staff with administration and coordination of the 340B Health member database and membership activities.
The role involves managing membership inquiries, database updates, and coordinating onboarding processes for new members. The Membership Coordinator will support membership data accuracy, the annual invoicing process, and event and meeting logistics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF POSITION
Assist in ensuring accuracy and integrity of membership database through data entry and verification.
Support efforts to import and update hospital data in iMIS on a regular basis, working closely with the Senior Manager of Membership & Data Analytics to ensure that hospitals are as up to date as possible.
Assist in maintaining various iMIS reports, such as member and event attendance rosters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach/new member activities, including detailed, data entry and developing and providing tracking reports.
Assist the Senior Manager of Membership and Data Analytics in the annual renewal process, including invoice testing, responding to inquiries about invoices, performing personal outreach via email and phone to members and updating member database and other records to reflect actions taken.
Support department’s efforts to achieve maximum renewal rate.
Serve as primary contact for member inquiries, including managing outward facing inboxes, phones, and other platforms of communication.
Password resets and member roster updates/additions.
Respond to member inquiries and concerns regarding the database such as event registrations, website logins, etc.
Coordinate membership booth setup and functions and provide registration and room monitoring support at bi-annual conferences.
Assist with conference registration processing prior to the conference.
Support hospital/health system recruitment efforts, including marketing, communications, and personal outreach to prospects.
Support membership team’s sales process including new program enrollee outreach.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Skills, knowledge, and abilities required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills a plus.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail needed for accurate data entry and review
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Other Pertinent Information:
Staff are currently required to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday – Wednesday, and other days as needed.
