Opportunity
The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the IRAP’s accounting operations, including a monthly closing process for IRAP and international offices, overseeing all accounts and ledgers, ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements, developing and maintaining robust internal controls, analyzing trends, costs, revenues, and accuracy of accounting operations. The Senior Accounting Manager reports to the Senior Vice-President of Finance.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, Master’s degree preferred.
- CPA or CPA Candidate is a plus.
Experience
- Must have at least 8 years of progressive work experience in non-profit accounting.
- International experience working with international NGOs with multiple locations/ offices is highly preferred.
- Experience managing, coaching and providing mentorship.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online and Concur is highly desired (Intacct or NetSuite is a plus).
Only candidates with non-profit accounting experience will be considered.

Compensation
$99,080 - $114,861 a year
Compensation is based on experience, education, and internal equity.
The salary will be between ($99,080 - $114,861)
