As the Membership Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our organization. Collaborating closely with the Membership Consultant and VP of Membership, you will be responsible for developing an annual plan to recruit and close new members. This will involve networking with current SIBF members to identify potential prospects who align with the SIBF criteria. Your organization skills will be essential in engaging with candidates, tracking interactions, and providing actionable insights to the leadership team through monthly reports. Additionally, you will work with staff and the VP of Member Engagement to plan and execute informative New Member Orientations. Your contributions will directly impact the expansion of our membership base and enhance the overall member experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field a plus
• Proven experience in membership development, recruitment, or related roles
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
