What You Will Do:
Collaborate with APA leadership and cross-functional teams to design and execute innovative programs.
Cultivate strong professional relationships with members, suppliers and prospective partners by understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
Drive recruitment, sales, and retention for the APA supplier program while exceeding revenue goals.
Manage sponsorships, annual meetings, and InfoFair activities, ensuring flawless execution and engagement.
Develop and maintain budgets, oversee program communications, and manage vendors.

Requirements:
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
Proven success in business development or sales, especially in in consultative or solution-based environments.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a knack for building trust and lasting relationships.
A creative and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and solve business problems.
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media.
Travel: 10-20% domestically and occasionally internationally. Remote work with periodic meetings at APA headquarters and member meetings.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary range of $83,200 to $100,000 annually, based on experience.
