Overall function
This position reports to the Senior Director of Meetings and Events. The position actively supports the development and administration of SIOR conferences, education programs and events.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SIOR Conferences
General Responsibilities
Coordinates conference registration process and weekly reporting of registration statistics.
Orders all registration supplies and swag for registration for registration experience.
Manages onsite registration and primary liaison with onsite registration company
Oversee and manage all conference shipping.
Manage the production of the conference app.
Perform and execute all functions of the database event module: Event set up in AMS, schedule of events, sponsors, speakers and post show recording.
Provides meetings and event support and services to the SIOR Foundation as needed.
Works with all internal stakeholders of committees and member groups to facilitate breakout sessions.
Review marketing emails and other items for all events.
Exhibit & Sponsorship Management
Coordinate all invoicing for and financial reconciliation of conference sponsorships and exhibits.
Oversee the exhibit booth selection process.
Review exhibitor prospectus
Primary operations liaison for all exhibitors and sponsors to include: collection of descriptions and logos, distribution of exhibitor kits, ordering sponsorship items, etc.
Coordinate and manage the exhibitor raffles.
Manages Exhibitor and sponsorship concierge program: onboarding, FAQ sheets, swag, amenities etc.
SIOR Education Courses & Programs
Research and compile hotel recommendations for the Next Level Series
Coordinate all logistics for the Next Level Series to include f&b orders, coordinating A/V needs and housing.
Manage the instructor assignments and schedules for Next Level Series
Create and ship Next Level Series materials: Packets, Badges, Tentcards etc.
Manage the SIOR webinar program, which includes scheduling, setting up registration, posting to mySIOR, running rehearsals and facilitating actual webinar and insuring recordings are posted.
Manages LMS courses
Works with all internal stakeholders of committees and member groups to schedule webinars and other educational programs.
Other Duties
Perform other duties as assigned.
Provides meetings and event support and services to the SIOR Foundation as needed.
