340B Health has an immediate opening for an Education Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for assisting 340B Health staff with administration and coordination of educational programming for 340B Health members and others regarding 340B.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF POSITION
Assist Legal and Policy Team with planning 340B semi-annual conferences, webinars, and other educational events, including identifying speakers.
Support 340B Coalition Conferences, ensuring all elements are executed smoothly, including:
Communication of planning timelines and processes, including speaker/staff deadlines.
Coordination of speaker and faculty communication and materials, including scheduling pre-planning calls, collection of bios, headshots, presentations, professional and conflict of interest information, and other event related logistics and follow-up.
Assistance with maintaining compliance with the organization’s continuing education requirements and accreditation organizations.
Preparation of onsite conference materials for each session and moderator.
Coordination of onsite conference session staffing.
Assist the VP of Pharmacy and Education with planning and speaker coordination related to webinars and regional roundtable events.
Provide exceptional customer service to members and speakers, ensuring inquiries are responded to promptly.
Track and summarize attendance, attendee and other stakeholder feedback for conferences and other educational programs.
Update or revise forms, templates, and other tools used for gathering information or feedback from educational programming users, speakers, and staff.
Ensure all educational program data and materials are organized and saved securely.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Skills, knowledge and abilities required:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Excel and PowerPoint advanced skills a plus.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Other Pertinent Information:
Staff are currently required to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday – Wednesday, and other days as needed.
