As a Training Coordinator, responsibilities include managing registration, invoicing, communications, course prerequisites, scheduling presenter practices and day of production for all eLearning courses, including online, archives, and instructor led.
The position will require LMS experience to set up courses as well as manage all registrants, send communications (pre and post course), create and add training materials, manage course discussion boards, score assessments using a rubric, and analyze post survey feedback for quality improvement.
The Training Coordinator is comfortable speaking to a virtual audience of more than 50 members. Is friendly and outgoing, and promotes positive and engaging experiences for all participants. The Training Coordinator will communicate to participants via email, as needed.
The Training Coordinator must have the ability to travel and work at our annual conference and expo.
We are an association, so we are member-facing. Therefore, a high value on customer service and listening to members’ needs is critical. Must be a self-motivated individual with a drive for learning and possess excellent customer service skills.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties include:
Maintain accurate LMS records and manage associated databases efficiently.
Manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, including scheduling, logistics, and registration details.
Create, update and prepare instructional materials for classes, including adding resources per class.
Collect class documents, send welcome emails, and maintain course/ files, and grade assessments.
Create, prepare and assign certificates for course completion in LMS.
Design and develop training programs, including course content, learning objectives, and instructional materials, often working with volunteer subject matter experts.
Works with colleagues and member volunteers to ensure course content and materials are updated and instructors are working from the most recent content version.
Record, edit, and redistribute live video content for on-demand viewing.
Support program evaluation efforts to ensure continuous quality improvement.
Track and maintain accurate and meaningful data to help evaluate the success of project initiatives.
Serve as the frontline contact for professional development and manage that email inbox and answer member inquiries.
Coordinate and review Accredited Parking Organization applications.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, and Learning Management Systems preferably Docebo, Articulate Suite, Survey Monkey.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in professional development or training related field.
