The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the coordination and production of marketing efforts for HPNA, HPNF & HPCC in alignment with the branding standards for the three organizations.
This includes creating web content, digital and print pieces, newsletters, certificant communications, and social media messaging. The position evaluates the enterprise’s effectiveness of marketing, conducts market research, and provides appropriate marketing data to organizational leadership.
This role reports to the Communications and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for creating, editing, and delivering varied externally- facing communications for the enterprise, including but not limited to website content, newsletters, automated response emails, and public relations.
Monitor social media channels and respond to communications related to the enterprise and its programs.
Create marketing materials around aspects of HPNA, HPNF, & HPCC programs and coordinate brand awareness campaigns to current and prospective members, donors, & certificants.
Maintain project management system for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Support HPNA, HPNF, & HPCC with the delivery of marketing materials and communication pieces by working directly with vendors for the timely fulfilment of marketing collateral.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Marketing
Bachelors degree required.
Proficient with relevant technology applications such as WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Sprout Social, Asana, and Adobe Creative Cloud
