As Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships, you will play a key role in driving non-dues revenue growth through advertising, sponsorships, and exhibit sales. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with association members, business partners, and industry leaders, while managing multi-media marketing channels across print, digital, events, and sponsorships.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Revenue Growth: Sell advertising across CAI’s magazines, newsletters, digital platforms, and sponsorship opportunities. Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage relationships with sponsors, advertisers, and exhibitors to maximize engagement and long-term value. Exhibit & Sponsorship Sales: Lead exhibit space and sponsorship sales for CAI’s major events, including the Annual Conference, Law Seminar, CEO-MC Retreat, and more. Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with CAI’s publications, events, and membership teams to identify new revenue opportunities and enhance marketing offerings. Manage Sales Operations: Oversee contracts, invoices, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution and a high-quality experience for advertisers and sponsors.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven Sales Success: 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in multi-media advertising, exhibit, and sponsorship sales. Relationship Builder: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a track record of increasing revenue. Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify new sales opportunities, create compelling marketing solutions, and execute revenue-driving initiatives. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled in managing budgets, contracts, and sales pipelines while ensuring timely execution of marketing deliverables. Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and media sales tools.
