Overview:
Join AMT as our Accreditation Compliance Manager where you will be supporting our accreditation and compliance initiatives. As a member of the Testing & Competency Assurance Department, you will be responsible for ensuring activities across AMT comply with the National Commission for Certifying Agencies Accreditation Standards (NCCA). In addition to working with your AMT colleagues, you’ll also manage responses to additional regulatory bodies as well.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
Serve as AMT’s primary accreditation compliance contact for all internal and external inquiries.
Manage and maintain credentialing activity records including deadlines, expiration dates, complaints, and investigation outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure requested information needed for compliance and accreditation activities is compiled timely.
Communicate and work with external regulatory bodies for approval or recognition
What AMT needs from you:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Testing and Professional Certification Programs
Extensive knowledge and familiarity with the NCCA Accreditation Standards for professional testing programs
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, verbal and written
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 products, especially Excel
Strong database management, organizational, and project management skills
ICE-Certified Credentialing Professional (ICE-CCP), strongly preferred
ICE Credential Specialist Certificate, a plus
CAPM or PMP, preferred
Residence in one of the following states is required: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas
