We currently have an opportunity for an experienced professional to provide strategic direction and lead the day-to-day activities of membership development, marketing, and associated operations efforts. In this role, you will be expected to develop tactical plans that invest in benefits, products and services to provide exceptional member value and revenue growth.
You will also oversee membership marketing activities that drive engagement and lead to new member acquisition, member satisfaction and retention as well as be responsible for providing strategic direction of Membership Year processes and programs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business or related field; Master’s preferred
* 10 - 15 years of experience in membership or subscription marketing
* Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and membership growth strategies
* 4 – 7 years of membership operations and leadership experience managing staff teams
* Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics
* Strong leadership and management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire staff
* Creative thinker who can develop and implement high-level strategic plans
* Background in budgeting and financial management
* Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
