The Opportunity The Executive Director position is an opportunity for an experienced servant leader to: Provide executive leadership, under the direction of an active and engaged Help create a vision for the future of the Spearhead on-going and future fundraising efforts and major Administer a faith-based, Christian organization with an ease in working with both faith-based and secular Serve as the primary spokesperson and  advocate for HOM's mission.
