We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Account Executive /Program Coordinator to join our growing team at our Wayne, PA office. As the first point of contact for client needs, this full-time position will provide operational support, manage key client projects, and ensure the successful execution of association programs. Reporting directly to the management team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of multiple trade associations managed by our company.
Please note: While MMCo supports a hybrid work model, this is not a fully remote position. After the initial training period (approximately 3 months), employees may be eligible to work from home 1–2 days per week. Candidates seeking a fully remote role will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
Anticipate client needs and be a proactive partner in problem-solving to ensure successful outcomes.
Manage client projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all deadlines are met and operations run smoothly.
Collaborate with internal account teams to support client needs and ensure successful program execution.
Process membership applications and maintain program procedures.
Coordinate and attend committee meetings, conferences, and events from planning through execution.
Oversee the development and distribution of marketing materials and other public relations materials.
Track and maintain accurate data, proof documents, and update client credentials as needed.
Handle a variety of operational tasks to ensure the continued success of association programs.
Qualifications:
A proactive, strategic thinker who takes initiative and anticipates the needs of the client.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to confidently engage with clients and stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of experience in account management, program coordination, or client services.
Association management experience is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and familiarity with databases.
Experience with virtual meeting platforms.
Comfort working in a collaborative office environment and pitching in where needed.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
