Job Title: Member Services Coordinator

Position Summary
The Member Services Coordinator (MSC) at the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) serves as the primary point of contact for members and customers and performs a wide range of administrative duties including order entry and product enrollment, database, and technical assistance. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to DMEC members, supporting membership operations, and coordinating logistics for educational programs and events. This position manages inquiries, keeps database records accurate, and works with other departments to improve member engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Member-Facing Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for member inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and accurate responses or routing to appropriate staff.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new members using tools such as Salesforce, Nimble AMS, Outlook, and scheduling platforms.
- Assist with member participation in DMEC events, including webinars, trainings, and conferences.
- Provides ongoing support and technical assistance for DMEC members and certification/training users, including password resets and account issues, member contact management, CEU questions and certificate requests, etc.
- Works with the Membership Experience and Database Manager to ensure the accuracy of membership and member contact records
- Coordinate member check-ins, renewal calls, and council engagement activities.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Process membership orders, product orders, applications, renewals, and event registrations and cancellations.
- Maintain and update member and account records in Salesforce and other systems.
- Manages day-to-day requests for DMEC’s RingCentral phone lines, including necessary extension transfers during office closures/vacations and message/prompt recordings.
- Work with the Senior Manager, Conferences and Events to assist with virtual and in-person meetings. This includes, but is not limited to preparing and organizing materials such as name badges, tent cards, attendance lists, etc[LS1] .
- Develop, maintain, and update documentation and files for[LS2] onboarding, renewal workflows, member outreach, and other operational policies and procedures and training documents.
- Provide administrative and backup support for departmental tasks as assigned.
- Performs general database updates as part of order entry and technical support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support strategic initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in member services, administrative support, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Nimble AMS, Adobe, and data management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.
- Experience with SharePoint, project management tools (i.e., Teamwork, Asana) a plus.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with senior executives and external partners.
Work Environment:
- This is a remote position. A quiet home office is required.
- Travel one to three times per year for conferences and events may be required.
Salary & Benefits: ?
Base salary range: $50,169 - $66,287 annually

Employees are eligible on the date of hire for the following benefits:?
- 40 hours of paid sick leave per calendar year, unless a greater amount is required under state of local law?
