Position Overview

The Manager, Global Sponsorships & Partnerships plays a mission-critical role in advancing Sigma’s global reach, revenue, and member experience. As a strategic relationship-builder and revenue innovator, you will lead the design, cultivation, and execution of corporate sponsorships and institutional partnerships across Sigma’s signature events and year-round initiatives. Your portfolio will include high-impact activations, thought leadership collaborations, and long-term alliance building—always with a focus on mutual benefit and member value. This role bridges external engagement and internal coordination and reports directly to the Director of Global Events.

A Day in the Life

You start your morning reviewing pipeline reports and upcoming sponsor deliverables, collaborating with marketing on a custom pitch deck for a Fortune 500 health system. Midday, you're in a cross-functional strategy huddle with programming and finance, aligning on budget forecasting and activation logistics for an upcoming international convention. That afternoon, you host a discovery call with a potential foundation partner and instantly identify a new education initiative fit for co-investment. Between events, you’re crafting creative sales packages, mapping out year-round engagement strategies, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects Sigma’s mission, brand, and the needs of our global nursing community.
