International market development organization based in Washington, D.C. is recruiting an executive assistant. The individual in this position is responsible for providing confidential assistance to the President and CEO and Vice President. This role is key in coordinating and preparing materials for Board of Directors meetings and Board of Delegates meetings, including preparation of minutes for the meetings. The goal of the individual in this position is to provide administrative support the executive team including managing the President’s calendar and coordinating travel details and related travel follow up for the President and CEO and Vice President. The position is based in Washington, D.C.

The minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Three years of experience in office management or as an executive assistant is required. Prior non-profit experience is a plus. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
