The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA), a national association located in Pittsburgh, serving nurses and other healthcare professionals, is seeking a Business Development Administrative Assistant to support the Business Development department. The Business Development Administrative Assistant is to assist in the overall recruitment and retention of customers/clients for the Employer Partner Program. In this role, the Business Development Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the daily operations of the Business Development department. These duties include but are not limited to client technical support, database management, report development, website updates, program revenue tracking, and customer/client assistance.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to effectively and efficiently achieve the goals/objectives of the business development department.
Month ending revenue report development using Excel, updates to departmental web pages, maintenance of the customer relationship management (CRM) software, data entry into association management software (AMS, iMIS) platform, memorandum of understanding (MOU) development/tracking, client discount code maintenance/tracking, placing client orders, and tracking monthly invoices and revenue volume
Provide client service support to help achieve the goals/objectives of the business development department effectively and efficiently.
Client service calls/emails/inquiries, maintaining written records of client interactions, and assisting with implementation of the marketing efforts of the department.
Communicate regularly with the business development department team members to align daily tasks with departmental priorities.
Experience in office, corporate, and/or non-profit administration.
Minimum of one (1) year1 of experience in office, corporate, and /or non-profit administration.
High School diploma/GED required. Associate degree preferred.
Strong communication skills for both in person and virtual meetings and the ability to work as part of a virtual team.
