Job Purpose -  The Enamelist Society, Inc. (TES) is a professional society of enamel artists with a Board of Trustees who are all volunteers. That body and its officers are responsible for the Vision and Objectives of TES. It is the role of the Director of Operations to support and accomplish the objectives via the operations of the society office, staff and volunteers. Job Duties and Responsibilities - Description of the key duties and responsibilities Membership, programming and outreach support Volunteer, committee, Board and staff coordination Financial management; dues collection, grant writing, financial statements Publications – Newslet
