The Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract new members, support retention, and create brand awareness for clients. This individual will lead in the planning, development, coordination, and implementation of marketing activities that will drive the client’s membership goals. This role will be part of the RE+ Events marketing team, and report to the Vice President of Marketing.
Essential Functions/major Responsibilities:
This position requires a candidate that can drive membership acquisition and retention through multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, content marketing, digital advertising, webinars, and cross-marketing at RE+ Events
Work cross-functionally with other departments to integrate membership messaging across all touchpoints
Collaborate with the Association Solutions team to develop compelling value propositions and messaging that resonates with specific audiences
Work with team to create cross-marketing opportunities in with other segments of RE+ Events
Analyze membership data and campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies, conversion rates and member engagement
Optimize membership positioning for different market segments based on web analytics and customer feedback
Assist in staffing conference exhibit booths at conferences, promoting the value of membership, and engaging with customers
Track marketing budget
Daily contact with external customers, vendors, colleagues, associates, supervisors, and staff at all levels of the organization
Uphold RE+ Association Solutions clients company brand and reputations
Support in the design and execution of presentations for organizations members
Experience
4-6 years of proven experience as a membership marketing role within the industry.
Ability to clearly articulate information, actively listen to client needs, and effectively communicate with both clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics software.
Experience using Salesforce, WordPress, Mailchimp, Constant Contact and other marketing systems
Experience using Zoom and Loom for virtual webinar events.
Graphic design knowledge for presentations, flyers, social media, and website graphics.

Some travel will be required to attend outreach events, as well as the events RE+ Events organizes. This position will have opportunities to grow the organization and set the strategic vision for new projects and services.
