Job Responsibilities
Modernize Financial Systems: Support and drive the adoption of advanced financial software and digital tools to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and support real-time financial reporting.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the VP of Technology to align finance and IT strategies, ensuring seamless technology integration that drives efficiency, enhances collaboration, and maximizes organizational impact.
Financial Process Innovation: Identify and implement cutting-edge financial technologies to elevate analysis, forecasting, and decision-making, enabling optimal organizational performance.
Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize advanced financial analytics and performance metrics to deliver actionable insights, empowering leadership with technology-powered decision-making tools.
Safeguard Organizational Assets: Champion financial integrity through strategic oversight of risk management, financial reporting, and robust internal controls to protect assets and enhance trust.
Drive Strategic Financial Planning: Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute an organization-wide financial strategy.
Serve as staff liaison to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee at the direction of the CEO.
Talent Strategy: Lead payroll and HR functions with an eye on organizational culture.
Lead finance and administrative operations with a strategic focus.
Collaborate with the entire HQ team to develop and refine metrics
Act as a strategic advisor to the President & CEO
