These tasks are accomplished through ongoing collaboration with NASP leadership, Convention Committee members, staff, and external partners; engaging in organized implementation and innovative thinking; and effective communication.
Requirements:
NASP seeks a professional candidate with strategic thinking, leadership, communication, interpersonal, and independent work skills, and a willingness to make a long-term commitment to the association. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience working as a meetings industry professional in a departmental leadership role. Additionally, demonstrated leadership experience, strong written and oral communications skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively, in a high-functioning, fast paced work environment are required. Holding the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credential is strongly preferred.
Application Procedure:
Please send your resume, cover letter highlighting relevant accomplishments and outlining how your experience fits the position, and salary requirements (mandatory). All materials should be sent via email to HR@naspweb.org. Interviews (phone and in person) will commence as soon as possible.
