INDA, the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, is seeking applicants for the new role of Regional Executive Director based at its headquarters in Cary NC. This position is a result of INDA and EDANA founding the Global Nonwovens Alliance (GNA) and the planned evolution to the staff leadership structures to support this effort. The current INDA President and CEO, Tony Fragnito, will transition to an executive consultant to facilitate the INDA leadership transition as well as the integration and expansion of GNA until his official retirement.
Position Summary:
The Executive Director serves as the chief staff executive of INDA, the Association of the Nonwoven Fabrics Industry, a founding member of the Global Nonwovens Alliance. Reporting directly to the CEO ofGNA,this role ensures alignment between INDA’s regional agenda and the global strategy of GNA, while maintaining responsiveness to INDA member priorities, industry trends, and the regulatory and business landscapes. This position provides executive leadership to drive INDA member engagement, program development, public affairs, and industry advancement across the Americas, in close coordination with INDA leadership, GNA and other partner and regional leaders.
