Do you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where things get done quickly and well? The Industrial Supply Association (ISA) is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Education Manager who can execute and improve programs that help professionals across the industrial supply channel grow their skills and careers.
ISA is the trade association for the industrial MROP supply chain—connecting manufacturers, distributors, and reps who keep U.S. industry moving. Education is one of our top priorities, and we’re looking for someone who can turn ideas into action with energy, precision, and follow-through.
What You’ll Do
Execute and manage ISA’s portfolio of education programs—including webinars, on-demand courses, and training sessions at ISA events.
Coordinate all logistics with speed and accuracy: speakers, schedules, materials, technology, and communication with members.
Manage and update ISA’s learning systems (LMS, webinar tools, registration platforms).
Support the CEO and subject matter experts in developing new and improved learning content.
Partner with ISA’s networks (Emerging Leaders, Women in Industry, Veterans, Executive Network) to bring relevant and timely topics to life.
Collect and organize feedback, track participation, and help identify ways to improve each program.
Move quickly and independently while staying aligned with ISA’s overall education vision and goals.
What Success Looks Like
Programs run efficiently, on time, and with high member satisfaction.
You anticipate needs, solve problems early, and make the education department run smoothly.
You take ownership of tasks and find ways to make systems and processes better.
You grow your skills and impact, preparing for future advancement to a director role.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years in education, training, or program management—association or trade experience preferred.
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Comfortable with LMS platforms, webinar tools, CRMs, and other digital systems.
A self-starter who takes initiative, follows through, and adapts quickly in a remote work setting.
Why Join ISA
Impact: Help professionals across an entire industry grow and succeed.
Energy: Work in a culture that values innovation, speed, and accountability.
Flexibility: Fully remote role with meaningful national impact.
Growth: Build your expertise and grow into a director-level opportunity over time.
