Summary/objective The Program Manager of Learning Experiences plays a key role in the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of face-to-face (F2F) educational programs/events. Reporting to the Senior Director of Learning Experiences, this position collaborates closely with the F2F Learning team and other stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful learning experiences.
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of assigned programs, including speaker coordination, program development, administrative support, and communications. The Program Manager oversees the lifecycle of assigned events—supporting call-for-proposals (CFP) processes, handling registration orders, and working with presenters and subject matter experts to develop and distribute program materials aligned with learning goals. Additionally, the role supports outcomes measurement by implementing evaluation tools as well as contributing to data collection and reporting efforts.

Collaborate with the Face-to-Face (F2F) Learning team in the planning, development, and implementation of programs
Manage program development and execution for assigned programs
Manage speaker agreements for assigned programs
Assist with CFP (call for proposals) organization and management
Perform regular administrative tasks in support of the F2F team
Process registration orders for assigned programs, executing them efficiently while ensuring professional and timely communication
Work with presenters and subject matter experts assigned to develop handouts and supplemental materials around defined learning goals
Coordinate the development and distribution of necessary program materials
Manage the implementation of educational activity evaluations and other outcomes measurement requirements and assist in the collection and reporting of educational outcomes data to applicable team members
Collaborate with the marketing and web services team to ensure all program information is listed accurately and formatted correctly on the website and in external materials (e.g. confirmation emails, know- before-you-go, etc.)

Essential Skills

Tech savvy, including familiarity with MS Office suite, CRM, LMS, and event management software

Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required for events
Supervisory responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work environment
This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. This position is eligible to participate in the work from home program.
Physical demands
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Travel required Position may require up to 5-10% of business travel annually to attend meetings and events as directed by the supervisor.
Required education and experience
Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree required. Directly applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
1 – 3 experience managingprograms
Other Requirements
Previous experience in the association and nonprofit space highly desirable
Ability to work well with a team and independently.
Able to track and report on progress on a weekly basis.
Establish and adhere to deadlines and be agile as program work can change frequently
