What You'll Do

• Lead AARC's education strategy, including CRCE accreditation, continuing education, and instructional design.
• Drive innovation in online learning and competency-based education using modern adult learning principles.
• Serve as the Association's top liaison to CoARC, NBRC, CoBGRTE, and academic partners.
• Oversee a dynamic team delivering engaging, high-impact educational content and programs.
• Manage departmental operations, budget, grants, and strategic partnerships that expand AARC's reach and impact.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in education, health professions, or a related field strongly preferred.
• 8 or more years of progressive leadership in healthcare education, accreditation, or professional development.
• Deep knowledge of continuing education, learning management systems (LMS), and adult learning theory.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and team leadership experience.
• RRT credential highly desirable and a big plus in understanding our audience.

• Hybrid work schedule (in office 2 days, remote 3 days) or fully remote if located outside the Dallas, TX area
