What You'll Do
Lead AARC's education strategy, including CRCE accreditation, continuing education, and instructional design.
Drive innovation in online learning and competency-based education using modern adult learning principles.
Serve as the Association's top liaison to CoARC, NBRC, CoBGRTE, and academic partners.
Oversee a dynamic team delivering engaging, high-impact educational content and programs.
Manage departmental operations, budget, grants, and strategic partnerships that expand AARC's reach and impact.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in education, health professions, or a related field strongly preferred.
8 or more years of progressive leadership in healthcare education, accreditation, or professional development.
Deep knowledge of continuing education, learning management systems (LMS), and adult learning theory.
Strong project management, budgeting, and team leadership experience.
RRT credential highly desirable and a big plus in understanding our audience.
