The anticipated annual salary for this role is $70K+ per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, compensation may also include benefits and variable compensation.

Role and Responsibilities
As a member of the Learning department, the Partner Programs Manager provides management of industry-focused outreach programming that ensures best-in-class partnership opportunities which advance educational experiences, quality products and other customer-oriented deliverables.
Partner Relations and Programs Oversight
Promotes the ATSSA value proposition for existing and potential industry partners; delivers activities to sustain and grow value proposition.
In collaboration with the Associate Director of Industry Relations, implements activities to support a comprehensive, metrics-based industry relations program to increase learning revenue, industry market share, awareness and partnerships.
Meets and communicates regularly with industry partners, members, and customers to provide information regarding ATSSA training services and products that further business objectives and strengthen relationships with the association. Serves as a point of contact to ensure resolution of partner questions and resolution of concerns and issues.
Manages Corporate Training Program (CTP) efforts and conducts related analysis that develops and executes specialty contracts, CTP Instructor recruitment and retention outreach, grows an active roster of partners, and increases related royalty revenue.
Conducts audits and surveys of relevant instructor relationships and programs.
In collaboration with member engagement and the Associate Director of Industry Relations, facilitates member, chapter, and customer relationship-building outreach activities to develop and present information on ATSSA training services and products.
At the direction of the Associate Director of Industry Relations, attends trade shows, industry meetings, and other events to externally represent ATSSA industry relations programs; grows network to expand market share and sales.
In collaboration with various ATSSA teams and the Associate Director of Industry Relations, implement efforts to address findings from scans of the industry environment that proactively addresses potential partner concerns and resolves other member as well as customer issues.
Implements KPIs to be used in data driven decision-making to understand programs and move forward with programmatic growth.
Manages relevant contracts and ensures proper record keeping per organizational requirements; reviews contracts in preparation for execution and recommends edits to benefit ATSSA business objectives.
Partner Representative Coordination
Directly oversees the supervision of the Training Partner Coordinator as the primary point of contact to Corporate Training Program (CTP) administrators, trainers, and instructors.
Manages workflow for the coordination of CTP logistics and execution of partner-focused programming deliverables.
Participates in related CRM / AMS / LMS development processes / reporting and oversee’s related communications to foster strong relationships with partner representatives.
Manages partner-related vendor / contractor relationships and liaises as needed with partner representatives in coordinated efforts.
Ensures timely, accurate, and complete recordkeeping for all CTP-related contracts and archived communication materials.
General Operations
Produces reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
In collaboration with other Learning team members, provides information to marketing and communications as needed.
Completes finance / accounting tasks as needed; including CTP-related budgeting processes.
Other duties as assigned that drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of the association.
Qualification Requirements
Education & Experience?
A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four years of successful program management and business development experience, however a combination of education and substantial relevant experience may be considered. Experience in nonprofit program oversight, adult education, or the roadway infrastructure industry preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to communicate persuasively to diverse audiences; proven business development experience; successful in forming and maintaining productive business relationships; strong analytical abilities to employ industry information and market trends; well organized; strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to bring projects to completion within the schedule provided and work around problems; flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly; proficient in MS Office applications and other technologies commonly used in a business environment; experience managing and leading staff; experience reviewing and managing contracts; ability to navigate service level issues.
