We are looking for someone to join our team as the Business Operations Manager. The Member Coordinator will fulfill all membership renewal processes for existing individual and organizational members. The incumbent will serve as a key point of contact for the association and must demonstrate extraordinary customer service and knowledge of enterprise-wide products and
services. This role will also support the Associate Director, Membership with engagement and retention initiatives.
Essential Functions
Respond to inquiries from members related to renewals, including email, phone, via the PropFuel
Platform, and vendor call lists. Process renewal payments in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Email invoices to organizational member contacts as designated in renewal communication schedule.
Distribute and process organizational roster requests and assist membership contacts with online account technical support.
Conduct outreach to organizational members and partners regarding utilization of their available memberships.
Solicit interest in and coordinate scheduling of benefit overviews.
Distribute new CEO letters and other membership communication as needed.
Maintain member and non-member data in the database, including monthly quality control reports and special data management assignments as needed.
Provide additional assistance to the team member services by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required along with 1-2 years of commensurate experience.
College degree and non-profit or association experience preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
Strong listening/comprehension skills.
Conversational, patient and confident, with a positive attitude.
Working knowledge of the Office365 environment and common association management systems.
