Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in Alexandria, VA, office and 2 at home. CMAA does have a core day and if unable to be in person that day, required to use PTO. CMAA reserves the right to change the designated core day and/or change the number of days in office.

CMAA is seeking a Manager, Education to support CMAA's Mission to advance the professionalism of club management by fulfilling the educational requirements and related needs of its members by providing the state-of-the are educational programming. This individual will be a key member of the Professional Development Team, by managing and coordinating projects for the department. This individual will assist in administering in-person and virtual educational programming, designing and implementing virtual content, update online content, and support the team on projects as designed
Candidate Qualifications:
Self starter who is a team player, adaptable to changing situations, detailed oriented and collaborative
Project management experience
Knowledge of LMS platforms
Experienced with Microsoft products
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors degree is preferred (Hospitality, Education, Administration or Training and Development) with 1-2 years' experience in the following:
professional development
project managment
knowledge of LMS platforms
planning and managing educational events and/or
equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of the private club/hospitality industry is a plus.
