What You’ll Do
Lead a visionary membership growth strategy—building engagement across all career stages and sectors.
Promote IDDBA’s 365-day member value through creative, data-driven campaigns and storytelling.
Oversee integrated marketing across digital, social, web, events, media, and content platforms.
Serve as brand steward and member champion—elevating our voice in the food retail and foodservice space.
Partners with executive leadership to align strategy with association goals and member needs.
Guide and grow a high-performing team, manage contractors, and drive measurable ROI on campaigns.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s in marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
8+ years in senior-level marketing, membership, or communications roles (association or industry experience preferred).
Strong integrated digital marketing command across web, email, social, paid media, analytics, Customer Relationship Management, and content strategy.
Track record of growing audiences and engagement through strategic, cross-functional collaboration.
A storytelling mindset and a passion for amplifying value through modern platforms.
Willingness to champion IDDBA’s commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative workplace culture.
Ability to embrace diverse perspectives, support equitable practices, and contribute to an environment where all team members feel valued and empowered.
