Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for event logistics and relationship-building? Join our dynamic team as a Coordinator, Exhibits and Sponsorship, where you'll play a key role in supporting impactful programs and cultivating strategic partnerships.
AASLD is seeking a Coordinator, Exhibits & Sponsorships to join our Corporate Partnerships, Development & Events Department. The Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and executing Affiliate Events and Satellite Symposia for AASLD’s premier annual meeting, The Liver Meeting®. The Coordinator, Exhibits & Sponsorships supports the Director, Exhibits & Sponsorships with the exhibit and sponsorship sales process, sponsorship fulfillment, researching the healthcare landscape for new leads/opportunities, and provides general administrative support to the team. The position supports the further diversification and strengthening of AASLD’s revenue streams with a long-term target of financial independence.
The successful candidate will be a highly enthusiastic, dynamic, people-oriented individual who is a team player and exudes comfort working with diverse communities, and is an energetic, proactive self-starter, with strong administrative, organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with precision and is eager to join a supportive and innovative team.
