Ready to design experiences that students will talk about for years?
Join our small but mighty team of four who are enthusiastic about empowering the next generation of communication sciences and disorders professionals. The team is crafty, scrappy, and nimble when it comes to delivering our best to our members. We're looking for a Program and Chapter Manager who is eager to use their creative, tech, and people skills to help National NSSLHA—inspire, empower, and support students in the field of CSD.
Every day you will:
Design and execute programs that connect and inspire over 10,000 NSSLHA members across 350+ chapters nationwide — from virtual events to major convention programming that students remember for years
Help to ensure every student feels seen, heard, and supported in their academic journey
Collaborate with passionate student leaders who are driving change in their communities and building the future of our professions
Use your creativity and tech skills to streamline systems that actually work (because students deserve better than clunky processes)
To thrive in this role, you need to:
Have 2+ years of experience in program management, event planning, or volunteer coordination
Share our belief that every CSD student deserves access to leadership opportunities, mentorship, and the tools to excel in their future careers
Be energized by connecting with students, faculty, and industry professionals who are all working toward the same goal: helping people communicate better
You'll be joining a mission-driven organization that gets it. We understand that meaningful work happens when you're supported personally and professionally. We believe in advocacy, community building, and creating programs that genuinely make a difference in students' lives. We appreciate the good things in life—whether that's discovering new artists, enjoying hobbies, laughing over shared stories, or celebrating our students' successes with the team.
